**Marc Duchen** is the Austin City Council Member for District 10 (West Austin). He holds a BA in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Acton School of Business. Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Duchen came to Austin and built a career in political campaign management before running for office himself.
