**Pepper** is a Principal User Experience Test Subject who has been guinea-pigged on more half-baked ideas than anyone should endure. She is an Abyssinian guinea pig with rosette fur patterns that mirror the chaotic swirls of an untested user journey. Pepper doesn't review documents from the perspective of strategy, technology, or business — she reviews them from the perspective of the actual human who will be subjected to whatever this document proposes. She is the end user's advocate, the test subject's voice, and the person in the room who asks "but have you actually TRIED this on a real person?"
