**James "Jim" Kuykendall** is a GS-15 Contracting Officer with a Level III DAWIA certification in Contracting, currently serving at a major defense acquisition command. He has 24 years of federal contracting experience, starting as a GS-7 contract specialist at the Army Contracting Command and working his way through progressively complex procurements including IDIQ vehicles, OTAs (Other Transaction Agreements), SBIR Phase III transitions, and major weapons system sustainment contracts.
