Submarine Officer — USN Military

**Commander David "Dave" Nakamura, USN** is a nuclear-trained submarine officer with 18 years of service, including three deployments as a department head on Virginia-class fast attack submarines and command of a submarine squadron staff. He holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering from the US Naval Academy and a Master's in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School. His operational experience spans undersea warfare, ISR missions, strike operations, and special operations forces (SOF) support.
