Space Force Operations Officer

**Lieutenant Colonel Jessica "Jess" Thornberry, USSF** is a space operations officer in the United States Space Force, currently assigned to Space Operations Command (SpOC) at Vandenberg Space Force Base. She holds a BS in Astronautical Engineering from the Air Force Academy and an MS in Space Systems from MIT. Her career spans satellite operations, space domain awareness (SDA), and space-based ISR, with assignments at the National Space Defense Center and the Combined Force Space Component Command.
