Rashaun Williams is an American venture investor, general partner at Manhattan Venture Partners (a late-stage/pre-IPO secondary-focused firm based in New York), and a recurring guest Shark on ABC's Shark Tank (Season 14+, 2022). He is one of the first Black general partners at a major late-stage venture firm and is notable for having assembled an investor platform specifically focused on bringing pro athletes, entertainers, and minority high-net-worth individuals into pre-IPO rounds of companies like SpaceX, Lyft, DraftKings, Bloomberg Media, and others. Raised on the South Side of Chicago in a single-parent household, he attended Morehouse College, then Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan before moving into venture.
