Peter Jones CBE is a British entrepreneur, investor, and the longest-serving Dragon on BBC's Dragons' Den — the UK original format that Shark Tank is licensed from. He has appeared in every series since the show launched in 2005 and is the only original Dragon still on the panel. Born in Maidenhead, Berkshire in 1966, he founded his first business — a tennis coaching academy — at age 16. He later built and lost fortunes in computer distribution through Siemens Nixdorf Retail and then rebuilt through Phones International Group (mobile phone distribution, founded 1998, sold core trading business in 2004).
