Nand Mulchandani — CTO, CIA

**Nand Mulchandani** is the **Chief Technology Officer of the Central Intelligence Agency**, the first person to hold this position. Before the CIA, he served as the first Director of the **Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC)** and then as the first **Chief Technology Officer of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO)** at the Department of Defense.
