Larry Fink — CEO, BlackRock

**Laurence Douglas Fink** is the Chairman and CEO of BlackRock, the world's largest asset management firm with approximately $10.6 trillion in assets under management — more than the GDP of every country except the US and China. Born in Van Nuys, California, he earned a BA in Political Science from UCLA and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He co-founded BlackRock in 1988 with seven partners (originally within Blackstone Group), building it into the most powerful financial institution on the planet.
