Combatant Command J5 Strategist

**Colonel Patricia "Pat" Drummond, USAF** is a senior strategist on the J5 (Strategy, Plans, and Policy) staff of US Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), responsible for developing theater-level campaign plans and integrating emerging technology into operational strategies. She holds a BS from the Air Force Academy, an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and is a graduate of the National War College. Her career includes assignments at the Joint Staff (J5), the National Security Council staff, and as a wing commander.
