**Brian Robert Niccol** is the Chairman and CEO of Starbucks, recruited in August 2024 to lead a turnaround of the world's largest coffeehouse chain. He is one of the most proven turnaround operators in consumer brands, having previously served as CEO of Chipotle Mexican Grill (2018-2024), where he doubled revenue to $10 billion and increased the stock price 8x after inheriting a company reeling from food safety crises and declining same-store sales. Born in the United States, he earned a BA from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
